Location: Battersea Constituency Office, London
Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
Contract: Permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Flexible and part-time arrangements considered for the right candidate.
Marsha de Cordova, Member of Parliament for Battersea, is looking for an experienced Caseworker to join her busy constituency team. Caseworkers play an important role in supporting constituents with a wide range of issues. You will help ensure that people who contact the office feel listened to, supported, and informed.
Previous experience of constituency casework or working in an MP's office is preferred, though not essential. What matters most is that you are organised, empathetic, a strong communicator, and able to manage a varied and sometimes demanding caseload with professionalism and care.

Upon appointment, you will be required to apply for security clearance through the Security Vetting and Pass Office. Applicants must have been resident in the United Kingdom for a minimum of three out of the last five years.
